The Process Step-by-Step

Material Loading

Polymer resin in powder form is carefully measured and loaded into the mold, which is prepped with release agents.

Biaxial Heating & Fusion

The mold rotates slowly on two axes inside a heating chamber (oven), where uniform heat is applied to melt the resin evenly along the inner surfaces.

Controlled Cooling & Demolding
